Friends of the Cottage Surgery
Our Patient Reference Group “The Friends of the Cottage Surgery” is made up of patient volunteers who meet regularly and are involved in making a positive contribution to the services and facilities offered by the surgery to patients.
The Friends of The Cottage Surgery keep in touch with the patient perspective, and improve the patient experience. The Group can also help to influence the commissioning of services and support the practice through more practical ways like fundraising or organising support groups.
Meetings are generally held bi-monthly, however we may also be in contact by e-mail or telephone as well. If you are interested in applying to be on our PRG, please contact the Surgery.
If you wish to be involved but do not want to attend meetings, we will also be setting up a virtual PRG. We will be posting minutes of our meetings on the website, and if you have any areas which you would like to be considered by the PRG please click on the "Contact us" tab above.
